make a few comments about the amount of sugar in your diet
look at the ingredients in your favorite breakfast cereal and/or granola bar / snack bar. How much SUGAR is really there? How many types of sugar? How many teaspoons? You might even keep a ‘sugar tally" for a day in order to learn exactly how much SUGAR you are really eating.
Do you think it is problematic? What about the rise of diabetes in our population? What can we do about it?
